We bought a sofa-loveseat combo at Costco and thought they were worth the risk since Costco has a good return policy!. After about 2 weeks the 2 cushions started sagging; as a result there was a sunken area with loose leather:. 2 cushions were still fine and firm and the rest were partially sunk.. Emailed Natuzzi a few times before they responded to return it all to the store'. I responded that I would rather they fix it but there was no response|. So we did and Costco was really nice about it/. Never buy this stuff again.. The quality is so poor;. They are ruining their own name by sheer stuidity. 35b34c9
