Attractive Natuzzi brown leather sofa purchased at Macy's along with warranty. Frame broke on second day and everything was replaced (6 wks). Now three years later I finally complained to Macy's about the cushions breaking down and they agree but sorry. 7 year warranty purchased was only if the leather or frame was bad. Natuzzi furniture "SUCKS" and Macy's Warranty is very misleading. Macy Customer Service Lady kept changing the subject and attempted to compare their warranty to an auto warranty and said nothing lasts forever. However she did finally agree that if was reasonable to expect more than 3 years especially when it has been only one person living with the sofa and no kids. I am canceling my Macy card and encourage everyone to be wiser than me when purchasing furniture. 35b4464

I agree. My Natuzzi from Macy's is 2 years old and the other night, one of the seats collapsed and is now sunken. I also had the warranty and they claim I only bought a stain warranty even though it's exactly the same price as the current online warranty which supposedly covers structural damage.

I went back to the store and while the manager was sympathetic, she said she couldn't do anything because they no longer carry the couch.

I would be willing to pay for a reasonably priced repair, but the insurance referred me to people who never listen to their messages (their mailboxes were full) and whose outgoing message was very unprofessional.

If Macy's doesn't do anything about this (and judging from the postings on this site, I doubt that they will), they will have lost my business forever. I won't even buy a pair of sox there.
