We waited 6months after our purchase to receive this "elite" sofa from Italy. After much anticipation the living room set had arrived but they would not deliver for another 4 weeks!! We finally get a delivery date and the living room arrived.
6 months later we started to notice peeling..... I didn't think that it was that big since it was only a little spot.... Plus I really didn't feel like dealing with the ppl at Natuzzi. I thought that maybe a guest had scratched it. One month later the entire seat of the sofa was peeling!! I don't understand how its possible??!! We don't even use the formal living room that often!
My sister has had her genuine leather sofa (in her high traffic family room) for over ten years and it looks as good as the day she bought it!!
What a rip off!! This has got to be the worst company that I have ever dealt with in all my life!
I am so angry at the amount of money that I forked over to these scamers!I thought that you get what you pay for..... but that was certainly not the case in this very expensive life lesson.
DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR...... NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE FROM NATUZZI

All you do is contact the store you bought it from or Natuzzi and get it taken care of. You have a 1 yr warranty through Natuzzi. Yes, it takes a long time sometimes but they will take care of it. If you don't they will consider it neglect/abuse and void the warranty |

Written by gail on November 9, 2010 from newfield, new jersey, US If your sofa was peeling 6 months later, it is your responsibility to contact Natuzzi, complain, take photos of the sofa & get someone out there. I bought a beautiful Natuzzzi swivel chair 25 yrs. ago for $400.00. That chair got alot of use thru many children that loved that swivel chair in my living room, and that chair was sprayed with cleaner MANY times & never peeled. |
