I'm pissed too! Our couch is peeling and Sofa Mart says it's not under warranty. We purchased the longest warranty we could and they still say it's not covered. What did all of you do to get the leather fixed? Can the leather be fixed or is it ruined forever? We've only owned this furniture for a little over two years and this happens?

Is Natuzzi leather REALLY leather? I'm thinking if this is a national problem then all of us should hire a lawyer and sue someone. This is a bunch of crap! HELP! 35b38dd

We have the same problem from the same store with the same sofa! Dealer insists the decomposition of the sofa is our fault, even though it's only ever been cleaned with a damp washcloth. The peeling is unrepairable. Once it starts it only gets worse and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop it. For comparison sake, we have a leather sofa we purchase from Ethan Allen in 1993 and it still looks as good as new. Shame on Sofa Mart and shame on Natuzzi for such poor products.
