We finally found good looking soffas on Natuzzi. Price: Natuzzi's well known price which means much expensive than other furniture producers. Two soffas were ordered with one condition: seats should be hardest possible. Delivered soffas: one soffa soft one soffa ok according to order. No other complaints as the soffas look great except that leather on soft soffa not tight.Contacted Natuzzi seller who refuses to accept our claim. This one week after delivery so I ask what is Natuzzi's "famous" 10 years guarantee worth ??? 1288d58
