I bought several thousand pounds worth of sofa and a lamp from Natuzzi back in January. After 10 months of the wrong lamp, a broken version of the right lamp I still don't have the lamp I have paid for. Their customer service is absolutely woeful and I would recommend you look else where if you have any genuine ambitions of receiving what you pay for because from my experience once they have your money they really do not care. Its a shame as the products themselves seem to be of good quality so why have a logistical and customer service that is so cringingly second rate. 35b35b4

my burgundy colored natuzzi leather sofa has developed tan cracks that follow natural lines in the leather -- this over 11 years. is there any way to repair this?
