We purchased a Natuzzi Leather Couch from RC Willey in Salt Lake City. The problem is a seam is coming apart at a stress point where the leather has been sewn together. I believe a product should not come apart after just 2 years use. RC Willey tells me that the leather is not under warranty and referred me to a local leather repair shop. I believe the seams on the couch should last more than two years without seperarting and should be replaced or repaired under warranty. The frame is warranted for 10 years why not the the workmanship on the seams and sewing. 35b2715
