I bought my husband a Natuzzi Leather chair and ottoman from a well-known respected furniture in Taylorville, IL. Loved it for two years!. I even went back and bought the sofa to match:. Then I noticed the leather on the chair was peeling.. Called the store and they sent a repair person out'. It lasted for about 6 months when the leather was peeling on the back cushions, arms and even places where no one touches,. The store refused to do anything saying the warranty was up;. Didn't want to see it'. Six years later the chair is ripped and peeling;. Will never buy from Natuzzi again. 35b1c73

The same thing has happened to our sofa. We contacted Carter's furniture in Urbana IL, they came out, took pictures and NEVER helped us again, avoiding any and all calls, emails and letters. I will never do business with them or buy Natuzzi again. I think Natuzzi must tell them to do this from the complaints I have been reading.
