We bought a Natuzzi couch & loveseat. It started with a small piece peeling to cracking,tearing and then splitting.This started happening within days of the five year warranty ending. Seems to me Natuzzi knows their furniture has a short life span but doesn't care.We have never had a problem with any furniture we ever bought but this.Sad thing is that this is the most expensive couch set we ever bought!. You don't always get what you pay for:. Even Weiman leather cleaner directions say don't use on Natuzzi.. If you call and ask them why they state that during their testing procedures the Natuzzi cracked, peeled and the color came off the furniture'. Note we had never used this product on our furniture/. I found it interesting that Natuzzi is the only brand of furniture listed that you can't use their product on/. Check it out yourself weiman (847) 263-3500,. Worst is Natuzzi seems to know there's a problem but doesn't care'. Once they've got your money you're stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 35b38a0

We bought a coach and loveseat leather set 5 years ago and the loveseat is now peeling and looks awful. It was right after the 5 year warranty we purchased fron Raymour and Flanagan. Has anyone been able to get any support from Natuzzi?

my daughter that is one put pen on my natuzzi leather brownish sofa. i tryed water microfiber cloth. nothing worked but it left discolorishion what do i do .help please
