1. Written by Lammper on April 4, 2011 Bought a Natuzzi recliner and it had no padding in the lumbar area. Furniture store would not stand behind it. Terrible QC at Natuzzi. Bad customer service also.
2. Written by Linda on March 6, 2011 I too have a reclining sofa and 2 swivel rocker chairs that I bought 8 years ago. They have had to withstand my 3 large teenage (and now adult) children and their friends abuse so the furniture has been through some rough times. The strapping under the cushions sagged and rubbed against the reclining mechanism so that the straps were almost broken through. I contacted an upholstery repair place. They came to my house, took out the bottom cushions, took them to the shop to re-strap the cushions with twice the number of straps. I believe they also replaced the foam. I chose to have the strapping done firmly and the couch is still in good condition 4 years later. The wire for the recliner mechanism has unattached itself a couple of times. I have re-attached that. Now one is broken. If I cannot get a replacement wire at a reasonable cost I will use a bike cable - one end has the little cylinder that goes in the handle/lever but the other end is just the wire. It will have to be threaded through the plastic sleeve where the old wire was (just like on a bike with the gear cables) On the recliner mechanism under the seat, there is a hole where the original cable goes through to secure the wire. I will loop this through the hole and fasten it. This should work fine although the wire will have some stress at the loop point so may not last as long. It will work. What I don't like is that the foot rests on the recliner couch are now not sitting straight when reclined. This is from my 6'4" 230 lb son sitting in the middle of the couch with one foot on each foot rest. I have not figured out how to fix this and the upholster had no fix either. I also don't like that I occasionally need to take the hammer and 're-adjust' the closing mechanism under the foot rests so that it will stay closed. This seems to be the only way of fixing this problem! Most of the leather still looks good however the footrests are looking rather worn. We have another Natuzzi set with no recliner features - couch and loveseat in our living room. They are over 14 years old however we don't use them much. They still look good and are comfortable to sit on.

4. Written by FRED on September 6, 2010 I Purchased a Natuzzi racliner and before two years the handle/cable broke. They replaced it. Now, after less than a year it broke again and they say it is out of guaranty!!! The replacement should have AT LEAST a year guaranty, no? Very disappointed with my purchase. Don't buy Natuzzi!
5. Written by Karyn on June 25, 2010 Bought a Natuzzi recliner 2 years ago in lovely red fabric. Fabric has faded. Padding in arms almost non-existent. Seat cushion sagging. Left side of chair loose. Worst of all, cable pulley broke off completely and chair won't recline. Natuzzi don't want to know about it. Where to repair in Sydney? Would never recommend their product to anyone - the quality is poor, the price too high. Much better options out there.
6. Written by Joy Thacker on June 23, 2010 I have a Natuzzi lounge suit with a total of 3 recliners. The cabling has broken now on all 3 and even though the suite is only 4 years old the guarantee is out of date. Apparently Natuzzi offer a 10 year guarantee if in Europe but only 2 years to Aussies. The padding in the sofa cushions has sunk making the thing quite uncomfortable. It will cost me AU$100 to re stuff 1 cushion by Natuzzi recommended technicians.. I was never told at purchase I would have to re stuff the cushions! The local Natuzzi store say they can do nothing. A very expensive, disappointing experience. I wish I could get my hands on Mr Natuzzi who must be really living it up and laughing all the way to the bank in Italy. Anyone know of a tradesman in WA that can mend the cables on the recliners. Natuzzi can sell the part for AU$35. but want to charge me AU$300 per recliner to mend!
7. Written by lady in the hill on May 30, 2010 bought a natuzzi recliner, and in less than a year, the pull cable broke, so we cannot recline the chair. still comfortable, but dont want to have to buy another one...anyone know if they will replace it ?
8. Written by gene on May 29, 2010 My recliner's metal levers brush/rub against the vertical plywood support/base of the arm rest, we can hardly open the recliner as it sticks at the beginning, then unfolds with a force, wife is 105 lbs cannot open the bloody thing, its funny to see her pushing against the back seat turning red in face, wish some mechanically inclined person could offer help.
