I ordered Natuzzi swivel rocker/recliner 8/04/08 for $1102. It was delivered 1/15/09 but had to be taken back immediately as the delivery men stripped the screws trying to attach the back to the seat. It was redelivered on 1/21/09. The chair won't stay in reclining mode but flip back to upright position. 1/29/09 repairman came & adjusted the mechanism. Chair would not keep me reclined (130#) but if my husband held both arms over his head(190#) the chair would stay in a reclining position!. On 4/03/09, 2 repairmen came & replaced the reclining mechanism, which made it a bit better but I could still not sit in it:. On 11/12/10 the metal cable Pull Handle frayed & had to be replaced.. On 7/6/11, we found a piece of the wood frame under the chair broken'. Repair Service came for the chair on 8/1/11 & returned it to us on 8/18/11?. 12/10/11 we discovered a piece of webbing under the seat is broken|. Repair Service says the chair is out of warranty & will not cover it;. Allot of money for very poor workmanship/. I would never!!! buy another Natuzzi product. 35b24ef
