Written by Natuzzi warranty is NOT 10 yea on January 22, 2012 Natuzzi warranty is not ten years like they tell you! 1: It is one year for manufactor faults (plus they send their own people to do a report who are always on Natuzzi's side!). If proven to be their fault they will pick up the bill for the first year only! 2: Second year you have to pay for the labour which isn't cheap by the hour! 3: Third year you have to pay for everything! And let me tell you their leather is £150 per meter and screw £10 each! 4: Ten year is just on the frame - but what they don't tell you, if you move house the day after you receive your Brand New Sofa the warranty Is void! Also you can't sell the sofa one with the warranty. If the frame did break it will only be replaced if there was a knot in the wood! If your looking for a better priced Natuzzi have a look at Natuzzi's other brands called Natuzzi Editions and Italsofa......half the price and still made in Europe! Editions are old dropped models from the 2011 collection! |
