I purchased a beautiful leather sofa from Natuzzi over three years ago and I'm happy to say I haven't experienced any of the negative issues which I have read about on other reviews.

Personally, I haven't had any problems with the leather (still looks like it did three years ago) and the craftmanship of the sofa is first class.

I was happy with Natuzzi at the time of purchase and I continue to be happy with the items I now own. If you are considering buying a Natuzzi sofa don't let the negative comments put you off!!!!

I have three pieces along with the ottoman and its 15 years old and looks excellent. still soft and comfortable...don't know why all the negative. maybe using wrong cleaning products

We are looking at a beautiful and very comfortable Natuzzi sectional, but the negative comments are so many, and make us wary. Your comment is hopeful, but you are the only comment I have read that is positive about Natuzzi! So many similar complaints add up.

I find it extremely hard to believe that the both of you have had no problems with your furniture yet you're both on here reading all the bad reviews! I'm sure You're both Natuzzi employees!

I agree with you about the good quality of natuzzi products. We bought our first Natuzzi couch ten years ago and it still looks great - although we have been using the couch a lot (sitting, sleeping, eating, etc). 

 

The colour of the leather is light beige - but even though we have spilled hot choholate and red wine on it, we have been able to clean the couch. 

 

My parents have two Natuzzi sofas at our summer cottage and after five years they still look like new. 

 

Couple of years ago we bought two Natuzzi mechanism arm chairs to go with our couch. There was an ugly (although a natural) mark on the leather of one of the chairs. Within a week a Natuzzi representative came to check the arm chair. He said that the mark already had been on the hide of the cow but as we were unhappy with what the chair looked like, he ordered a new leather hood for the chair. It arrived within a month.  

 

We were very happy with the way Natuzzi handled this problem and will consider buying their products in the future, too.
