Natuzzi - Peeling Leather
I purchased a Natuzzi sofa, recliner and chair. I spent approximately $3,000.00.
The leather is peeling off and I have no kids and no pets. The furniture is basically used for decoration. My wife and I hardly ever sit on the furniture.
I sent an email to Natuzzi on 12/25/13 and have not received a reply as of 1/20/14.I will never purchase from them again as I am stuck with this furniture until I am sick of looking at their inferior product. It is sad when you save your hard earned dollars to buy "fine Italian leather furniture" and the product is a lemon.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Location: Toledo, Ohio

Hello. I have the same problem with a (so called) leather sofa.
The (fake) leather is literally falling apart exposing the inner cushion. I went to a different furniture store to replace it with a different brand and learned that the so called leather is really called bonded leather and it was just ground up leather that was scraps and bits and pieces. Then glued back together in sheets. They can say that's it's leather but it's a complete misrepresentation.
I'd call it a lie.
Wow I have the same problem peeled vinal! I was told it was 100% cowhide leather! Garbage!

Same thing happened to us. Will never buy leather again after talking to several people in the business. They said we should have gone with a soft vinyl which would never have done that.
