After hearing Natuzzi's attitude on a monday, I waited until thursday to give myself a chance to see if anything good would happen, then I cancelled the order|.
Friday I recieved a call from Natuzzi, they were amazed I had canelled the order, again, they were clueless when I ask them about selling seconds or poor factory quality control..
Right now I know of three local problems with Natuzzi, faulty merchandise right out of the factory. 35b27af

Written by Don H.. on December 12, 2011 we ordered a couch and love seat and waited five months for delivery..the couch and love seat had the same problems as was reported by Don H we were not smart enough to refuse delivery and waited till the next morning to complain..was told they would repair...we refused and wanted our money back..we ended up paying $900.for restocking fee..natuzzi rep here in phoenix was not at all helpful,,what can you due????? |
