Our sofa and chair are four (4) years old. The surface on the back of the chair is rough and loosing color. I have cleaned it just like I do any other leather piece. I wonder now if it is even a leather product or p-leather. I purchased a three seat green leather and chair in California almost 20 years ago which is in FL. The leather still shows NO wear and it has been moved several times. Don't know if California Leather Company is still in business but we paid around the same amount but the quality just is not in Natuzzi. Very disappointed in the company and its' warranty program. 1288e8b
