These people simply do not stand behind their product and will do their best to weasel out of any warranty related claim. Rather than let their individual retailers manage claims, they have faceless people in an office somewhere look for technicalities to avoid addressing a problem.
I suspect that they are counting on selling volume and hoping that people will simply go away when they get stonewalled. It is unbelievable that this still goes on in a world where customer service is essential to survival
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: No gurantee, Product, Customer service.
