delivered furniture.with manufacture defects. sales rep just say need to go thru standard company procedure..i.e. leave customets to rot they are busy scaming new ones
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Natuzzi Pros: Design.
Natuzzi Cons: Response to the problem, Customer service, Quality of furniture, Company procedue takes months and still nothing satisfactory.

you are 100% correct. I tried to escalate my issue to the retailer, Natuzzi US VP Jason Camp, Natuzzi Italia corporate website to receive no response.
I actually sent an email to Pasquale Natuzzi. I received no response. These reviews about poor or no customer care response is concerning...
I'm curious , about repeat business , can't be high , how do they stay in business with these kinds of reviews? Something is not right !!!!
after paying for my furniture about half a year ago, i am still struggling to get one item exchanged and the other refund... i just wish i had never come across such upsetting furniture company...
before payment, everything looked good, when arrived, u just realized u have been traped.
u just cant imagine for the price you paid... after THREE full day of waiting, the very expensive dinning table u bought is still, more fragile than the ikea rocking chair...mind blowing...
