I purchased a Natuzzi leather sectional 18 months ago from Macy's, the salesman told me it came with a 10 year warranty, checked online saw warranty 10 years on frame/2 years on upholstery, so I purchased it. Now 18 months later the cushions have lost a measured 58% of their resistance, tried to get NATUZZI to process a warranty claim, Natuzzi says the warranty must go through Macy's who finally sent a guy out (supposed expert - fooled me!), this dullard claimed the significant loss of resistance was "normal".

We are very uncomfortable sitting on the sofa now.

Both companies are terrible - I will file suit in small claims court. DON'T BUY NATUZZI, DON'T BUY FROM MACY'S!!!!

Preferred solution: New cushion inserts..
