I noticed that the furniture I purchased several years ago had started to sag in the middle. Both loveseat and sofa sagged so much that I turned them over and took off the fabric on the bottom.

I was shocked at the horrible construction. I'm surprised that it has lasted as long as it has. It was constructed mostly of plywood and cardboard. The board had cracked and the foam cushions were not properly installed.

I thought that the cushions were sagging because of my weight, but, that was not the case at all. I am so discusted with this company.

They are nationally advertised and even put up a prizes on game shows. I will never purchase Natuzzi furniture again.

I bought a Natuzzi sectional from Costco in 2007. It is now 2013 and this sectional has been used and used and used.

I've had so many teenagers on it at once and not a sag or term. I've had young boys jumping on it, over it, flips and wrestling. No wear. Still looks like to day we bought it.

So this is one NOT-PISSED Customer. Quit lumping all products in one heap. My sectional was made in Brazil not China and I'm sure Natuzzi has had some good stuff and some poor stuff, just like every other brand.

They would not be in business if they made all ***. Be real people!

I have the same problem with my natuzzi sofa peeling I have been trying to get it replaced I reported it in August I still have no answer and hoffman koos is no help very nasty people that keep telling me they will call back waiting for a report from my in house inspection it has only been about a month and a half that the guy came, still no answer. I had even spoke to natuzzi and told them that this sofa is bonded leather and I was told I am no leather expert and if I am they will bow down to me.

Natuzzi had also told me that I am not being cheated by what was sold to me. After reading all the reports about Hoffman koos and natuzzi I wouldn't recommend for anyone to buy from them. I had mentioned also that I read.

All the complaints people have posted about them I was told not tobelieve anything anyone writes. As a consumer I believe every bit someone writes.

You guys will love this. Purchased leather recliner by Natuzzi/Italsofa at Macys 2 1/2 yrs.

ago. Was told it was leather. It's website says it's not bonded leather. Well, guess what folks...it is bi-cast leather, which is the same thing.

I just filed a report with Better Business Bureau because they have perped a fraud on me. The leather has split and it looks like mange ( another customer's comment.)The "leather" is actually rubbing straight through to the core. And, they say it's made in Italy, yeah right. We turned the chair over 2 days ago and it says China.

Macys customer service says it was made in either Italy or Romania. Really? Talk about pissed. If the BBB doesn't come through, I'm going to contact either a lawyer or my local tv station.

I have been reading comments on this *** for days now. There really needs to be a lawsuit as I can't imagine how many folks have been screwed. It looks so bad I wouldn't even donate it to Goodwill; if I did I bet it would go straight to the dumps. And Macy's response, " TOO BAD".

Don't buy this furniture and don't think Macy's is still a first class store; They are selling cheap *** to up their profits. If I wanted cheap *** I would have shopped at Wal-Mart.

Will start looking for a reputable brand with good reviews. Good-bye Natuzzi!!
