I bought a Natuzzi sectional that was supposed to have a 10 year warrantly on the frame.Three months after I got the fuunitue, one of the frames broke.
I called Natuzzi customer service to file a claim. Nattuzi sent a repair rep. out to review the furniture. After the review, the rep.
aknowledged that the damage is covered under the warranty and promised to come back within a week to repair the funiture. He said Natuzzi customer service will follow-up with me on the repair date. A week passed, no show. I followed up with Natuzzi customer service several times, still, no luck.
This is a complete rip off.
