Good afternoon

I worked for this poorly managed dump for a few months. The astounding amount of ongoing complaints I heard over the phone was one thing but the rudeness I experienced from my 'manager' and saw customers dealing with was another.

The headquarters at Finchley is poorly run. Few staff, tons of paperwork, emails, calls, *** computer systems and customers who've spent thousands upon thousands waiting for decades to receive a reasonable response. Whenever I informed the manager of this, I was told 'you are not the manager here, it is not your decision to make or this is on the job training'. I never asked for a decision or approval or whatever? She must have thought I had authority issues when really I can't stand incompetence. A customer has been waiting months to get some remedy done to their *** sofa and I'm supposed to smile cutely and be like 'yeah, i'll take your details and call you back'. She was overwhelmingly nitpicky which is something I've never really seen either. Yeah, someone who paid thousands of pounds wants to hear about step by step, *** information. 9/10 I felt for customers lol and at first I thought it was just minor issues, but saw Natuzzi was just poorly run across the board, from the stores to the actual product itself.

I'm a blunt honest person whose had a few job experiences from prestigious nurseries, banks to universities, I have never ever experienced something like this in my entire life. But here staff were spoken to like animals and the manager Debbie is lazy and unorganized, the quality of the product is poor and If they feel you don't deserve a refund, you won't get one. It takes a bunch of *** persuasion techniques to tell you ultimately that you can't get what you paid for.

Please don't take this as the tale of a bitter ex employee, I'm on my way to a prosperous university and now work in interior design. This company and their products are complete and utter trash. Hence the continued poor reviews and shoddy business dealings. It is not worth it. Anyone who has done business with China can tell poor craftsmanship from a mile away. Rolex is a luxury brand worth the cost, so is Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent. I've bought expensive things and have been treated like royalty in doing so, have heard back from the companies within seconds.

Can I ask if you worked at the Brent Cross branch. I just put down a deposit today for two sofas, but now I am very worried. Would it be possible to still cancel the contract?
