The cushions started sagging and when I reached out to the CEO of the company, they sent someone out who agreed but also said that he can fix it by adding more inserts and providing stronger support at the bottom. However company responded that the softness is for comfort and never addressed the sagging issue or lack of support from the bottom.

I have been following up for 2 years. Perhaps it is time to put the receipt, the pictures, etc. and their response on social media.

How can sell such an expensive item and not have quality built in? When I checked with another furniture place, they indicated that they stopped carrying the brand due to complaints from the consumers.

Review about: Natuzzi Sofa.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Follow up from customer service, Quality of furniture, Lack of customer service and quality of product.
