Too many companies are misrepresenting their products and quality. They are making very low quality furniture by using webbing and plywood or particle board that does not hold up to normal use, and many use bonded "leather" which isnt real leather and ends up peeling and discloring. Mccreary, natuzzi editions, jonathan louis all seem to sell these low quality lines - at a lower quality than they use to sell. Macy.s and other stores that used to have reputable reputations, appear not to care much about pressuring the manufacturers to improve quality at the same price point - which they really could, and should do. Macys and other stores also participate in selling consumers profitable warranty coverages that seem to be difficult to use.
Lots of complaints on independent sites though seems macys and others might be limiting/ cherrypicking the reviews and spec info in their sites?
The 99% need to speak up to get a fair deal. Keep posting complaints , send letters and visits the stores to complain Take photos and identify the furniture model and store bought from. Keep records and try to get local media to write articles.
The 99% deserve more from the too highly compensated corporate executives and seemingly slimy sales pitches. Just my opinion after shopping for furniture and reading reviews.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of natuzzi sofa. Natuzzi needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
