Don’t buy Natuzzi

Sofa cost over £2000 and is now only 5 months old and the company is only willing to repair which I will not accept as I have had a specialist visit. I have a sofa with one arm longer than the other, poor quality stitching - stitching marks left on the back of the sofa. When they came to fit the sofa they have scuffed the back of it. I have contacted Natuzzi multiple times and have had the phone hung up on me. I am now in the process of a small claims court to make an end to this.

Natuzzi - Very cheaply made

The wood box of my recliner is made of bristle board. Wood chips glued together to for a board. Instead of using 3/4 inch plywood the went cheap. And as to the price of my recliner $4500.00. The slider to where it attaches to the back and the bottom shattered literally with in a week. Horribly made, extremely cheap certainly not worth the money and it's a upgrade to a natuzzi Editions.
