Noticed slight sagging after a year and by the end of the 2nd year it was getting worse. Called company that sold the $$$$ sectional, Star, and was told it was out of warranty.

Finally almost 4 years old I took it apart and found it was a one piece foam unit that had split down the center. Also the back cushion is caving in.

Not what you should have to do with a high dollar unit. This is common for any unit that gets set in on a regular basis.

Our sofa is sagging immediately after delivery and getting worse each day. Natuzzi is not willing to exchange the sofa.
